I think I do have a baffle problem. The blades sit below the baffles. I did adjust the RPM range too and it did help. As far as the belts go I've replaced them all. No slipping belts and I've just rebuilt the PTO and i know that's all good! I guess now I have till spring to fix it!
From the weather report it's almost time to hook up the snow thrower!
