These tiller parts really get rusted up and locked tohether.
I was fortunate that I found good used main shaft and bearings. I did not ever get the inner races off the original shaft I just set it aside when I got the replacement parts.
Good luck with the rebuild. Have to remember on this kind of stuff its only steel it will come apart if you have to grind the parts in two!
Too bad about the pulley. I broke one on the snow thrower.
