The Kohler motor was made for a company called "Promark". They made a line of Chipper/Shredders and Vacuums. Promark. It is now owned by Ariens.
I would suggest, that you compare the spec numbers of this motor to a Cub Cadet Spec'd M-18 (24506) to see what the variants are. This may or may not work.
If the setups are the same, then you could mirror the parts from a 682/782 and make a minor wiring modification.
