I have a Cub 1000 and I am rebuilding the clutch and drive shaft for it. I already got the new drive shaft, new friction disc, solid engine mounts, new throwout bearing and new one piece pressure plates. I am re using the stock spring, teaser spring. I am also going to get a solid coupler.
Now my question is about the pilot hub bushing. I pulled it out and it has some side to side play in it. I want to replace it but it cost $26.00 from cub cadet. I think I could find it cheaper somewhere else as I found the company that makes it. But can it be replaced with a bearing? And if so where can I find one.
