Sugarmaker : Thanks! I have really enjoyed how my tiller looks and works, now to answer your questions,I got the tin and extra tines for the extensions when I got the tiller, the only part I made is the pice of pipe that drives one of the extension tines. As far as filling the pits, I used a good body filler,a thin glaze, then sand it down to where it just fills the pits, if you have layer over whole pice it will crack for sure. Of course get it good and clean to start. Now the tines that were on eBay I never tried, as it tills just fine, and from your pictures I would try yours first and see how it tills.
