Skim coating these parts to fill in pits is just that, the pits. Makes you wonder whether its worth it? These implements are not going to be show quality. Between the grinding dust, the filler dust, the weld fumes, and paint over spray. Yea I need my own dedicated Cub work shop! I like working on these implements!

Having a lot of fun and spending some funds. But am pleased with the results so far.
Put one of the fender skirts in the rust tank tonight. (half round end panel)
Nice to work on things that say "MADE IN USA" or MADE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA"!!!! Hope I can get some pictures tomorrow.
