Default Rotary Tiller Model #1 project

Folk,
Need some advice on this tiller. Its Field Fresh! I have been aging this for about 7-8 years. Is it worth saving?
At this time I have 1/2 can of Blaster invested in it. Plus the time to drag it into the garage, These are heavy!
It is a Model #1 Serial number 13555. Has the extensions on each end.
Tines have some wear, but probably would still turn dirt for a garden. It does roll over, very stiff and slowly Seems that most of the moving parts do move. Nothing frozen solid that I can see.
Was considering this as a future Cub implement project?
At this time I do not have the very important gear drive unit that mounts on the back of the tractor to run one of these So that would need to be purchased.
What would you do? Where to start, and what are the major things to watch for? Thanks in advance for your help.
I have not researched this implement on OCC but know that a lot of folks have them.
Some pictures, at its worst!
Regards,
Chris
