Cub 149 PTO Question
Hello,
I just rebuilt my PTO. I have it adjusted per the gauge and the screws are sticking out the back all the same length. I have the linkage adjusted to about
.010 from the wear button. With the clutch disengaged everything still turns together. If I hold the crank pulley, I can turn the PTO clockwise but it drags quite a bit. I can't turn it counter clockwise at all. Is this normal until the new clutch disk wears in? I sure have learned a lot from you guys on this forum trying to rebuild this old girl. It was born about the the same year I got out of HS. I hope some day I will be able to answer some questions instead of asking them.
