Thanks guys, I have checked the electrical pretty well up to this point. Wire brushed the connections, removed, cleaned and retightened everything. The direct ground to the block might be a consideration. I am thinking a hard wire to the frame near the block, bolt it down and add a ribbon to the block. Trying to head off the inevitable break with all of the bouncing around. Maybe overkill but can I have too much ground? I'll try that this week and get back to you.
