I wouldn't part it if it was mine and it is in good shape. If the rearend ever goes out , you could always swap in a CI rearend and clutch system from another Cub.
The tiller is not mounted to the rearend like a CI rearend Cub would be. It is like the other aluminum rearend Cubs , it has a plate bolted to the frame and the tiller mounts to the plate.
