Wow, your rear lift looks good!

Im not sure on the plow tip. On the lift straps I dont think it matters but I do think its suppose to be like you have them. If it was the other way then you might risk having them hit something being lower all the time? But even at the highest setting the lift straps being lowest(if it was other way) its probably still higher then the tip of the sleeve hitch. Im not sure but I think you are correct with the way you have it.
