Well I got the "old" transaxle from my 100 in the 102. Filled with fluid so I can move it around, got it put away in the cub barn. Just don't know what to do with it, I really don't need another one, but! Maybe sell it as is with the broken gear, if someone wants a project, don't know yet.
Next week get back at the 100, our rifle season opens this weekend, so there will be no cubbin over the weekend. I opened up the rear and shifter on the 102's transaxle to check out the gears before I start removing the oil and paint, everything looked good.
I see there seems to be quite a bit of gathered up dirt around the right side of the trans. would that be a gasket thing? Seeing I have it on the bench, would it be a good idea to replace both of the axle tube gaskets?
