Probably not making custom stacks. But would be glad to give any one hints or ideas on their own.
I was having trouble with the hydro adjust last night.
I did the brake adjust per the book and had that done first.
I remembered posts on here about trunnion wear.

Looked at mine from under the tractor and realized it was in need of repair. Off comes the elec lift and cage, off comes the seat, tear off the fenders, and find the well worn trunnion staring me in the face.
I did a quick fix on this after studying it for a while. And here is the result. I decided not to take it off but to weld on a new piece of steel to keep the springs aligned.
When completed with the trunnion repair I adjusted the hydro with out the fenders on (from the top) and this seemed to work real well to find neutral.
Re assembled all the components and started tractor. Seemed good!

Still need help on the electrical.
I replaced the IH ampmeter with another ampmeter, and it still shows discharge most of the time. HELP!
