1650 good or bad
Am I supposed to be able to push my 1650 hydrostat around while the engine is not running it's like its a gear drive in neutral I was just curious everything looks fine and the hydro isn't acting wierd

While sitting on the tractor, if the valves were manual, there would be a lever on the right side of the tunnel cover. You would lift this lever to release the valves so you could push it around. If there isn't a lever, and she pushes easy, it would have the auto release valves as Duke mentioned. Some of the manual valved tractors may have been switched to auto release valves by a PO, so it may still have a lever with auto valves. You could always pull off the tunnel cover and see what ya have. Nice 1650 BTW!

I have a 1650 with no release valve and it rolls fine in neutral.

thanks for the replys im glad to no that it's not broken or messed up i do not have a lever or anything so im guessing that it is not manual valve thanks
