Jim:
Here ya go....I am still trying to get a sharper image of this.... |
So, am I correct in assuming that the white needle should be constantly moving when the tractor is running, or did I misinterpret that? Thanks, Jason
|
Jason:
YUP....you are correct. |
So I'm reading that as 630 hours . Correct?
|
Jim:
OR it is simply 30 Hrs....! |
Thanks Roland,
Both then could be correct. Assuming a new meter, the red and yellow hand should be pointing to {60} So yes that could read actual 30 hr. Hypothetically It would be harder to resell a tractor that had a meter replaced at say 250 hrs, When the meter says 630hr at an actual 280 hr run time. { this is the reason I never go by the hours when looking at one to buy} I look at overall condition as to how maintained, and how It sounds and drives. |

I ended up getting tired of my dial hour meter so I replaced it with this since I was addding an oil pressure gauge anyway.
