Hydraulic set-up for 1650 FEL
 

I have a 1450 and was wondering if i could change out 14 hp and replace with 16 hp kohler flat head engine.Will everything fit without any modifications?.Here is my delima,i have a 1650 parts tractor with complete hydraulic set-up for FEL.I can either purchase a complete 1650,added expense and use above listed hydro system for it or convert my 1450 to 1650 with FEL.The initial goal is to have a 16 hp with a rear 3-point catagory hitch.Which is the best option?.The members of this forum have untouchable knowledge and experience for cub cadet tractors!.Please give me your expert advice that will steer me in the correct direction & make the right decision!.Thank you for considering this matter.Garoyl

Any cub cadet kohler with deep sump pan will fit. It will bolt Right in no problems. If the engine you want to put in (the 16) is out of the parts tractor it will go right in. 1450 and 1650 are exactly the same, just different hp engine
