Bronze Bushing

Hey Guys

Can anyone tell me what size the bronze bushing that goes in
the 3-pin driver should be. Some how, when i was working on
the clutch I lost the bushing
:bash2:

Part number is IH-376265 for bushing.

A local Cub Cadet dealer or one of our sponsers at the top of the page should be able to help you.

Yeah i realize i can get one from the dealer, but i was wondering if anyone knew the actual size. I have a bearing house down the road from work. I know it needs to fit a 5/8 shaft and the hole in the 3-pin driver looks to be
about 7/8. Does it need to fit pretty snug in the hole, im not sure because my old one had to fall out. Im not sure of the length also, should it come out flush?

It's probably about 3/4" or 7/8" long...flush with the end that faces the clutch. Why not just take the 3-pin driver into the bearing place with you?

The one that I have here in front of me measures 5/8 id 7/8 od and 3/4 long.

I would be inclined to take your 3 pin driver with you to be sure. Unless your bearing house is like the one near me... They don't like to "mess" with anything that they have to measure or spend any time on. If it isn't a 2 or 3 thousand dollar part/order, it doesn't seem to be worth their time or effort.

You may want to check the hole in your 3 pin driver. I can't imagine a bushing falling out, they are pressed in. The only way I can see one being "gone" is from wearing away, or freezing to the shaft and spinning inside the driver hole.

When you do get it, if you would be so kind as to post the brand and part number, some of us would be very appreciative.

Good luck.
