A couple pics of my new 129 toy finally!

I picked up this 129 from my brother. I originally owned it and it was a nice, straight, original 129. Best idling kohler I've ever owned. Well, I found a Johnson loader and needed a cub for it to go on (that's what I told my wife):biggrin2:, so I bought it back from him. The Johnson has the wide frame subframe, so it bolts right up. Now I just need to get it off the trailer and put on the 129. Could've used it with the 12-14 inches of snow and four foot drifts we got. First time posting pics, so I hope it works :BangPC:.

You've got a nice setup there! Would like pics of the loader and 129. I've got a thing for loaders, to put it mildly:biggrin2: What model loader is it? Got any more pics of the sub frame? Ok how about more pics of the loader? FEL's are my favorite attachment.:beerchug:

That looks great, I have loader envy. Can't wait to see it hooked up and running.

Thanks for all the comments guys!
Duke,
They currently are snowed in. I hope to try to get in there sometime today. If I do, I'll snap some more pics. It is a model 10. Can't wait to get it hooked up. Probably won't happen till the weather warms up :bash2:.

BTW, loaders are cool. My buddy has a Johnson, and it is a nice setup. That's what got me looking for one.

Dang snow! I've got alot more learning to do on the Johnson loaders. But I'm trying to get more info on them. Where is the oil reserve located at? I've seen then located under the tractor with the front pto powering the hydro pump. I can't go into to much detail but I can't wait for my replacement loader. And seeing the Danco loader every day doesn't help. When I get my replacement loader I will share the pictures.:beerchug: Until then I'm going to hold off on details. :Sorry::Spank:

Duke,
I, too am learning about the Johnson's. The oil reservoir is in the upright stantion where the control valve is located, on this loader, the right one while sitting on the tractor. This setup originally came off a wide frame 129, so the subframe bolts to the front frame with a tube going to each rear axle with a bracket. The pump on this one runs off the back of the motor on the left hand side. When I get it mounted on the 129, I'll snap pics of the pump, etc. Tried to get into the shed and the door is frozen shut. Might be a couple weeks, but will get more pics for everyone. Duke, I'm curious about your new loader. Can ya give any hints????? :Detective1:

Enquiring minds wanna know:biggrin2:.
