arm rest for 1882

Does anyone know where I can buy a seat with armrests or just an armrest kit for my seat? It might not be an original seat but it maybe, I just don't know either way.

Tractor Supply. You'll need to remove the adjustable slides and fit it but for $89 IIRR it's a very nice seat.

You could try the fine Sponsors listed in the Boxes at the top of the Page.

Personally, I would save your money. I own a cub with an armrest seat similar to the one pictured by Murphy and I find the armrests pretty much useless. They are so short that placing my arm(s) on them is more of a pain than anything else. If they were 5" longer they might be useful, but as is, it's like having a cup holder in a dragster, not very useful. Just adding my :TwoCents: ....Save your hard earned $ IMHO

Thanks guys. I don't know if I really want them for my arms or just as a way to keep me in the seat better.

Well that's actually why I went that route on this one, more of something to hold onto and if you lived on the hills we have here you'd understand. Kinda keeps your ass from sliding sideways out the seat.

Ah yes, there is that! Being surrounded by flat ground, I didn't think about that one! :bigthink:

Here all we need is gravity and my big butt to keep me in the saddle! :biggrin2.gif:

Scott well put!

Do I remove the seat that I have now, remove the adjustable rails, line up the bolt holes and just screw it on?

Also, where did you get your wheel weights from. They look a lot better than the new plastic ones.
