102 acting strange
I just got my 102 back together but it seems to be acting strange,Ok first off it had a stuck valve when I got it and the rings seemed to be stuck also I got it running only to find the head was warped I machined the head flat and was going to get a head gasket but today I got the clutch freed up (stuck throwout bearing)Any wayI decided to put the headback on to try the drive train out Its working great my problem is I still need to replace head gasket its still leaking It was running good but smoking now when I got it it was missing points cover and I intend to get one but while it was running the rpms dropped and it seemed to stop smoking but the spark at the points got brighter and the throttle would not respond only in gear in nuetral it would change the rpm Is this from the head gasket and if so can anyone out there explain why?
