What model of Cub are your working on? The #26 model of Carb was used on many different models of tractors and had some variations.

105
This carb is off a 105. I see one company sells it as a blank and has no holes in it. Mine has six holes in it.

the part
this is the part i need, but this one is a blank with no holes in it. I need the one with the 6 holes like came out of mine. I do NOT have the ability to drill them myself.

this is a tricky question from what i have found out i guess your not suppose to remove these . I even had a guy tell me that he went to kohler school and was told there to not remove them because one of the sets of holes were drilled while in the carb ??? i ended up buying a fuel inlet and new needle from brian millers site http://************************.com/a1carb.htm At the time it was all i could find. I have built the carb but have not put it to use yet . The holes were not the same as the old inlet but he said with the new needle it was sure to work .
There may well be sponsors here or on another site that sell them also just at the time i was unaware of them . hope this helps |
