Steering tie-rod up grade
 

I saw a post by a member (Matt) that had up-graded from stock tie-rod ends to ball joint ends for steering linkage. I have a Mcmaster-Carr catalog and wanting part #'s for all those parts. Any help and photos would be great. Thanks

60645K441 should be what you need.

Are the ones I need all the same thread? By that I mean is that part # for all the ends that I would require? Do you think these improved your steering?

They are all 4 the same as long as you don't have a super or PS. If you have either of those, you need 3 or 4 different ones.

I don't know if it makes them steer any easier, but it does remove a lot of slop. They will also last forever, unlike the really chintzy OEM rod ends. I broke 2 or 3 rod ends on my diesel before I got around to upgrading. It is rather hard on the OEM rod ends.
