Hi - newbie, question on 70 hood
 

Hi,

I recently picked up a 102 and then a 70. The 70 does not have the correct hood on it. It is about 29.25 inches long at the centerline. The 102 hood is about 27.5 inches. What did this longer hood come off of? It does not have a model # on it, just 'International'.

I am taking the 102 down and repainting as the PO brush painted a yellow paint on it....:bash2: It came with a plow only. I picked up 2 mower decks for 50 bucks, will put one together out of them. I got a mule drive with the 70 but it is not the right type for these decks. Nuts! I have already rebuilt the 70 steering box with parts from a spare I got. the shafts were different lengths so I used the orig. shaft in the spare box with the spare bearings/races/follower.
Had to repin the steerin arm after my 12 YO challenged a stone wall with the 70. It was a draw!
