1512 radiator question

Can someone confirm the distance between the cooling fan and radiator? Mine seems close, even more so after changing the fan bearings.

Mine is about 1/2 to 5/8"

Well I reckon mine isn't correct as I have made a 1/4", you can see a shadow of the fan in the fins of the radiator.

I remeasured mine it is less than 1/2"as long it is not hitting the radiator it is fine.
