Still not moving 125

So this has been a project that I can’t figure out. No forward or backward movement. Valves seem to be acting correctly as when I removed them both plungers were free. The breaks are fully functioning so I know that is not the problem. I did run it in neutral and could see the fluid in a cyclone movement in then would put the lever forward and reverse slowly and could see the fluid rise or fall in each cylinder. When it first happened I did change filter and fluid. I also poured fluid down the pump where the valves are to prime it and still nothing. At this point I am clueless, too much fluid? Wrong hydro fluid? Also see below picture of valve both have this split in the solid white ring . Please advise if you can
For some reason my picture is not loading but it is the middle plastic ring that’s a hard white plastic not a traditional black o ring
This 125 ran fine for many years and it’s been down for 2 years now

Did you make a post about this two years ago? If you did, bring that thread up and we can try picking up where we left off. Otherwise.....

Did you do any fluid/filter change just before the problem began? You must use the correct FILTER and fluid. The most common cause of the issue you described are broken or missing pin on the driveshaft. Broken pin is a little harder to diagnose than a missing pin so you need to be sure!

As for your relief valves, the split on the white ring is normal. I doubt your relief valves are the cause of the issue....

I did a post but got little responses 2 years ago
I put this in my pole barn after a fall tilling of my garden and in spring it would not move. The new filter is a cub cadet hydraulic oil filter 923-3014. I did review what you said about the pins shearing, I can see the hydro pump stem spinning so I assume nothing is sheared unless there is something internal . I also went through the speed arm linkage it is cleaned and moves freely into to hydro.
And answering your question I owned this about 10 years and have never changed out the hydraulic fluid and filter
I also have a tiller connected so I added the fluid by removing the top plate and I just recently added more almost to the top

On page 3 of this post, I describe what the white ring is
