CC 30-H Electrical Issue
 

The connector for safety switch on the frame above the deck has become all corroded and fell apart when I was cleaning it. The switch located on the frame behind the switch for the deck shoot on the right side of the mower. The switch itself tests fine. There were 2 yellow wires going to one lug of the switch, another yellow wire and 2 orange going to the other 3 lugs. Not sure which wires went to what lugs of the switch. I think its called the PTO switch on the wiring diagram. Rather than replace the whole wire harness I was wanting to re-connect the switch with some new terminals or just by-pass that switch.


Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Yes, that helped me. I crimped on some new terminals to the bare wires and plugged them directly into the switch and she started right up. Saved me $150 on new wire harness.
