ZTS2 50 difficult to shift Park Brake lever
 

I have a 3 year old ZTS2 50 with a Park Brake lever that has been difficult to engage / disengage since day one. By difficult I mean it takes what I would consider more than normal effort. The dealer said it would "break in" with use. It hasn't. Any thoughts / ideas would be greatly appreciated.
