Wide frame trans and hydraulic lift interchangeable?
 

Hello! I need some information on my wide frame. I am wanting to convert my 1250 into a hydraulic lift. I have the opportunity to get the rearend and lift from a partial 149 and 1450 for very cheap. I was thinking of resourcing these parts for the lift and have extra parts for other wide frames I am interested in. Are all the wide frame trans, hydros, and lifts interchangeable?

If memory serves me the lift parts are the same from both models149 and 1450. I’m certain the transmission and hydro are. The only difference may be the release valves. If it’s a later model 1450 it should have the auto release valves where the 149 would have buttons on top.

The 149 and the 1450 spool mounts are different, as are the metal hydraulic lines.
1450 mounts directly on the steering column and the 149 has a different mount system and mounts to the left side of the tower.
