Help: Cub Cadet 127 Not Starting

I've replaced the ignition coil, solenoid, battery, fuel line (it was leaking). She won't start
The tractor turns when you turn the key, so its at least not locked up, but I have no idea why it won't actually start. The spark plug and wire connecting it to the ignition coil are also replaced. How do I fix this, or what may be wrong? I would put a video but it wont let me. It clicks every half-ish second (could just be from it vibrating ig) and its groaning but idk.

Everything is connected, but have you actually checked for spark? Not knowing the history or machine, but if it sat for any length of time id be looking at points

Some simple tests should help you narrow it down. Put a little
fuel in the carb and turn it over. Does it fire? Pull the spark plug,
put in the spark plug lead, ground the plug and turn the key.
Do you actually have spark? If not you probably have a timing issue
as mentioned in last post.
A little history would help us. I am curious why you have put all
these parts on. Was it to solve the same problem you are having?

I would check to see if your coil and spark plug actually are working. You can take a test light to see if you are getting power there, and make sure its grounded correctly. Then you can check the spark plug like West Valley G said. Be sure the points are also cleaned and functioning. Also, be sure you are getting fuel as well, is the carb functioning correctly? On my 107, I had spark and everything, but it would not fire because my carb was plugged, but after a cleaning it works great.

No, it is not getting spark. We put all of these parts on to sorta narrow it down but honestly I have no idea. I will inspect the wires because it is quite insane whatever this previous owner did.
