Advice on a “One-Point” hitch
I’m considering a “one-point” hitch made by Impact Implements (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XKXFQQK...age=en_US&th=1).
I see Brinly offers one that looks nearly identical. (https://www.amazon.com/Brinly-Univer...BZ6GC3LN&psc=1). for more money This piece from Xtreme Motor works might work as the spot to anchor the one-point to the Cub. (https://www.xtrememotorworks.com/pro...3d420348&_ss=r) My main concern is, will I put too much stress of the rear end housing? I have three cubs, all with cast iron housings, and I know those housings are very tough. But, I don’t want to be asking too much of one and bust it up by doing something stupid. Second, has anyone used one of this style? Even if you haven’t, what do you think of trying this? |
Do you really want to set the brakes and get off the tractor every time you need to raise or lower that contraption??
