Looking at a 184 with mower deck for sale. Where do I post questions about this model? Thoughts on the tractor and mower? Thanks!

If you are considering it for nostalgic purposes they are ok.
But at 18 Hp on a good day, with a 60" belly mower they are not up to modern
day purposes.
They mow in 2nd gear and if one lets the grass grow tall, it lacks
HP and you have to go slower in 1st gear.
In their day they held their own, but with todays world of entry lever 60"zero turns, which perform much better and quicker they are just not completive.:bigthink:

Thanks for the information. I was planning to use it to mow around fence rows. The terrain is varying - flat to rough and the grass/weeds can sometimes be tall. Based on what you posted, I will pass on this tractor.
