Super Cub rims question

1 Attachment(s)
Well I just made a different thread about an exhaust but I figured I should keep this separate. I recently picked up a set of super cub rims for the same 682 I was talking about on the other thread. I was out getting some parts today and asked the guy while I was there about running the super cub rims on my 682. He said 26x12x12s are probably not a good idea when plowing with a brinly plow (like I'm planning on doing), as it will put a lot of wear and tear on the hydro pump, and possibly wreck it. My questions are one, could I run some 24x12x12s without overworking the pump like with the 26s or should I just stick with 23x10.50x12s? And two, would I be able to put super cub front rims with 18x8.50x8 v61s on the front with no modifications? I would really like to run 24s in the rear with the 18s up front, but would like to avoid damaging or needing to modify anything if possible :HeadScratch:

You know 23X10.50-12 are actually taller than 24X12-12. And only about 1 inch narrower, at least in 4-4ply AG tires or thicker, is what I found. I wanted to put 24X12-12 on a Modern Cub 3208 even though it takes 24X10.50-12 Turfs. I was going to put on 24X12-12 AGs , and that size would not allow me to remove the OEM Cat 0 3-point hitch arms, let alone the aftermarket limited Cat 1 arms, without taking off the rear tires. Furthermore , I have the 23X10.50-12s. Another member here has the 24X12-12 on his 3000 series. Now, in your case, they won't interfere with using the wide frame 3-point to Brinly adapter. But it's kind of funny the supposedly smaller tire is actually taller.
