Air Flow restriction on a new LT46 Cadet

Cub Cadet LT46, my recent purchase along with OEM triple bagger system. My problem is the leaves and grass is not all being picked up to go into the bagger shoot. There is no blockage and everything is installed according to instructions. And the blades are not upside down. The rpm is at full throttle and normal deck height about 3”. Too much debris is coming out of the front right side of the mower deck ahead of the deck discharge area. There’s no difference in speed adjustments or height adjustments, it still does it. There’s no blockage in the shoot or bagger system. It has ultra high lift blades installed.
Note: I still use a 24 year old Troybilt Bronco with a triple bagger and this problem doesn’t happen. No special blades.
The latest: I purchased an Anemometer to measure the air speed in various areas.
2024 Cadet. 2000 Troybilt. Both 7.5” inside diameter shoot
33 mph. Mid shoot speed. 26 mph. (both shoots wide open)
3.8 mph. Bagger discharge air. 9.0 mph
It appears there is a restriction of air flow. Who can I chat with about this problem?

Post some pics of your setup. I run 2 different types of 3000 series machines and they do blow out in front of the tractor. I use a fan assisted bagger and a non fan assisted type and they both work pretty well. On the non fan assisted I found that you need to keep your foot into it and keep the deck full of leaves.

This is just a standard set up, It just blows the debris around like the shoot is plugged.

I dont know why you needed to start a new thread.

I believe a proper manometer is a better tool to measure and diagnose your problem than using a anemometer. I believe there are too many variables that renders an anemometer mostly useless.

However, I'll offer some thoughts off the top though i know little about the collection system..... Are you using the recommended hi lift blades? OEM vs Afternarket make a difference? Are they the right size.... maybe you could have blades for smaller deck (42" deck perhaps). Are blades right side up? Is the deck not clogged with wet grass? Is the deck not bent out of shape?

How does it do without the bagger? Does it throw the grass ok?

Hello Billy-O and thanks for your thoughts The Anemometer was recommended for this problem. I did state in my original post all of the info about the blades. This is all brand net OEM equipment. Your wet grass comment reflects no common sense. Please share if you have something better.

Hello Darkminion and thanks for your interest.
I purchased this triple bagger system from the dealer according to the mfg recommended listed on the tractor hood ID plate. No mix up. It’s not difficult to follow instructions for assembly.
I’m convinced it’s a manufacturing problem and I’ve reached out with my evidence. Hopefully someone will respond.

Sold it

Hello to all,
I wrote to the company many letters asking for help. I’ve had no replies to my letters or emails. My opinion of this product is in the toilet.
I just sold it and will never buy another one again.
