Duals, factory?
Were the IH dual wheel spacers for IH Cub Cadets like my 70 a factory option? I didn’t think they were but just realized several for sale are OEM IH Cub Cadet products. I want to put duals on my 70 after restoring it I think.

AFIK, dually spacer shows up as an IH part number on the Cub Cadet Parts & Service lookup: copied and paste;

As of 1972 they were. I’m not sure when they started offering them, but it seems like I see more O, 70, and 100’s with duals then any other Cubs.

Thanks for the knowledge guys. I definitely agree most cubs with duals are Os, 70s, and 100s. The adapter sure are expensive, at least $550 on eBay. I’ll buy them one day, hopefully I can find cheaper.

Aaron Makes some Great Stuff
I have one of His aftermarket 3-point Hitches On My Cub Cadet 2182 I also Invested In 2 of His 4-hole dual tabs without ears for My Cub Cadet 106 and 1450 so Now I have a little More adjustment with My Brinly adapter, I need to add one to My 70. I also have a front weight bracket On MY 2182 and a rear receiver hitch for the 2182 as well. I really like the quality he puts Into His Products :ThumbsUp: |
