Bad Cut, need advise please
 

Brand new cc30h, question. When i cut the grass the front tires flatten down the grass before blade has a chance to cut it. 1or 2 days later the uncut grass rises back up and I have all these tire wide strips of grass. Is this normal for all riders? Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong? My grass is about 4" when I cut it. I cut it to 3 1/4". Should I maybe be cutting it shorter like 2 1/2"? Thanks

Mulching blades with serated wings? They don't seem to lift the grass as well as traditional blades with solid upturned wings.
