About to bead blast wheels... is there lead in the paint?

I started on a small spot on stripping the wheel, and as I was inhaling the dust from the bead blaster, I thought, "I wonder if there's lead in this stuff?". I was going to don a respirator, but now I'm wondering if chemical paint stripper might be the better way to go?

Ebay specials that say "Cub cadet 1210" on the tag and wheel is stamped 1/76.

you can get lead testing swabs at hardware stores
scratch up the paint so you get a bit of dust to make sure you get plenty to test and follow the instructions on the kit

Oh that's good to know. I just got home from the hardware store and working with the paint stripper. It got off the added on paint, but the factory coating is pretty tough. When I get off what I can, I'm going to respirator up, vent the garage with a big fan and blast away. Probably toss that media and get new stuff since it might be lead contaminated.
