Cub 147 PTO clutch problems

The PTO clutch on my Cub 147 has always seemed weak. This year I put some higher lift blades on my 48" deck and in heavy grass I need to go very slow or the clutch will slip. The clutch for the 149 looks like it may be stronger and wondering if it is a direct fit on the 147.
