Xt1 1042 carb problem

My cylinder head is filling with fuel. I replaced all the gaskets and o-rings as well as needle and seat. It still does it. I feel like the needle is t sealing well. The mower has 20 hours on it. It has the nikki carb

Sounds like (if applicable) the diaphragm in the Fuel Pump is ruptured. Wouldn't this be covered by an OEM Warranty ??

Thank you. And yeah probably but I’m not the original buyer so they won’t cover it
