Does the PTO have a bearing and if so is it replaceable. Searched but could not find answer. Have parts manual and it does not show PTO. Thanks and have a great day.

Id bet that it does.
You'll have to pull it apart and take a look.
My GTX2154LE did, but did not break down in the parts look up other than the armature which contains the bearing
