Which is High idle and which is low??
 

On the Kohler Carb which needle adjustment is the high idle and which is the low idle. I figured the one on the top of the carb is the high idle.. Trying to get my 1250 running today and am having a hard time getting it to start. The plug has good spark, I have rebuilt the carb. The plug keeps looking quite wet when I take it out from cranking the engine, obviously is flooding. Thanks in advance..

Top is the main jet, the idle one is the smaller one at an angle off to the right side of the carb. Try 2 1/8 turns out on the main and 1 3/4 on the idle. It should at least start with it set like that.

Thanks for the quick post. The kohler manual showed 2 1/2 for low and 3 1/4 for high. Thought that was a lot.
