149 hydro speed limit?
 

Ran it finally today. It seems to have 3 speeds, not, kinda and holy cow!
How do I adjust it to be more between not and normally kinda slow?

The parts look ok, but do wobble left and right. Is that normal?/

The trunnion plates do look a bit loose, but I think the springs are too loose or weak. Hard to tell in video. I also wonder if you have all the pieces for the trunnion spring... I see two springs and I cannot tell whether if you have both end caps. I think I see one, but can't tell on the other end of springs (towards the rear).

The spring have both caps, but are loose for and aft. About and 1/8-1/4 of slop. Do I need new springs?
How would I fix the left-right wobble?

My mistake. Not for and aft, starboard and port. Left/Right. I remembered wrong. Definitely a lot of left / right play when it's all added up.

Are the caps badly worn into the sides of the trunion slot?
If so, you need a new repair plate

Repair your worn trunion slot without removing the arm from the tractor.

Use this piece to mark your old one, cut it off and weld this one in it's place.
