1450 questions, coil, compression etc.
 

I've had this 1977 1450 IH cub for 20 years. Mostly use it it for plowing snow. Yesterday I washed the engine and guess what, now it won't start. It has no spark. I checked resistance across coil's two terminals, it has resistance. New spark plug wire. Points are dry and clean, no spark there also. Could it be coil or maybe ignition module? Both did not get wet when I was washing, I was carefull. Tractor ran fine prior to washing. Also compression is showing 75 psi, I think it's low and it burns good amount of oil. Is there specific coil test?
