LT1050 fuel problems

I have a LT1050 Cub Cadet. What happens is it will run for about 20 minutes then shut off. It tries to start, moving choke in and out. Come back later it starts.
I have removed fuel tank, put new fuel lines, new fuel filter, new carburetor, new plugs, and cleaned engine coils.
I read something about vapor lock at fuel filters. So I bypassed it. It seems to be running. Ran for almost 2hrs. Shut it down started right back up.
Has anyone had this problem? If so how did you fix it?

Vapor lock is caused by fuel lines/filter getting hot and vaporizing the fuel. You have to insulate said lines, from any heat source.

It's only so doing it with fuel filter

I don't know what the fuel filter would have to do with it,
but the problem as originally described, I have seen numerous
times caused by the vent in the gas cap being clogged.

As the engine runs, gas drains, no air gets in, and eventually
you have a vacuum in the tank and no fuel flows, engine dies.
Let it sit a while, vacuum bleeds off, and engine will start.
Cycle repeats, etc.

Could also be an electrical component, that when heated, expands and breaks a connection. Cool down, the connection is re-made. Cycle repeats until discovered and fixed.

I took fuel filter out and it's running almost 2 hrs yesterday.

When it dies it tries to start pulling choke in and out it tries.

Is the fuel filter in the correct way and the correct type and size

"So it starts and runs, then dies after a certain period of time."
You have not told us if there is fuel flowing to the carb after shut down.....
You have not told us if you have ignition spark to the plug after shutdown....
You haven't told us that you checked into any of the suggestions that have been made to you....
Good luck, I'm out!
