Carb float

With todays gas I prefer a brass float for my m18 but I cant locate a part number. Does anyone have a part number?

If it is a Walbro carb, which it is most likely, plastic is all there is. You can always put a Carter on it.

Im sure its a walbro so a plastic float, damn alcohol eats through them.

As stated prior, you can switch to a Kohler (Carter) carb, or used Non-Ethanol gas.

The Carter #26 carb is leaps and bounds better than the fixed jet Walbro.

I believe I installed a Carter #30 on my 1711 and have no problems. I'm gonna dare say Carter is a much better choice than the Walbro.
