1450 electric PTO
how can i tell which front electric pto my 1450 uses? it set for 10 years and the pto had been removed when i bought it and the owner didn't remember removing it, let alone what kind it was. i see there are 2 possibilities but the only identification method mentioned "is it black or silver".

The "black & silver" differentiate the Vendors of the part. They mount and operate the same. The black one is the most popular.

does a new clutch come with everything needed to install or will i need to find a pulley and or possibly brackets and special hardware? i have standard bolt and nut bins so that is not a problem but i have only messed with the mechanical pto systems before. never seen the electric set up.

I went with the xtreme pto clutch, it was a few bucks more. Time will tell if its worth it. Xtreme uses a redesigned model. More plug and play.

You make NO mention of what was left behind. So, it is hard to say what you need. As speculation, I am thinking you may need some nuts, and springs. Can't say without seeing some pictures.
