People asking too much on CL
 

Is it just me or do people think they’ve got GOLD on Craigslist? I keep seeing people selling lawnmowers with blown/seized motors for like $300. Nobody is going to pay that for something that they’ll hafta turn around and put a few hundred more into a new engine! Or people asking like $800-1000 for a 10-15 year old Snapper or Murray/Troy-Bilt.

Maybe I’m just cheap or maybe I’m just salty since I paid $200 for my CC 2155 :bigthink:

I agree it seems nuts, on the other hand it doesn't mean they get
what they ask. Or even close. Some of that stuff sits on there for ages.
When people ask what it's worth it usually sells quickly.
