1720 Hydro adjustment

Hi everyone.

I cant seem to get my 1720 hydro adjusted right. I can get it to go forward but I run out of adjustment trying to get reverse. The lever bottoms out on the dash and it barely moves in reverse. I had it close until my neighbor decided to help me out when I was at work and now I cant seem to get it back to where I had it.

Any help would be great.
