Spindle advice
 

So my Model 70 has sloppy steering that I plan to tackle. I'm sure I need a new cam follower in the steering box, but one of the biggest problems is that the hole for the spirol pin in the left hand spindle has a lot of play like it is wallowed out. The steering arm will move about a half inch before the spindle turns. The steering arm that the drag link connects to is ok.

Should I get an oem left hand spindle, or is there a way to fix the slop without replacing the spindle?
