Last fall I made a 16hr total one day drive to pick up a very special tractor, one that I had been looking for a long time. I am very fortunate to own S# 734.

A plain tractor with no options, it is pretty much how it left the factory. Thin front axle, uncut dash tower, IH rear rims, and a recoil start tractor (though it has been converted to electric.

I am not really sure yet, was thinking total restoration. However, underneath the brushed white paint on the hood I can see the outline of the old decals. If I can successfully strip the paint to reveal original paint I may do a “rustoration”.
