Hello newby from Alabama
 

Hello all. Just purchased me an 1812 (picture attached).
I got sick of the new riding lawn mowers being so weak and cheaply made so I decided to go old school. Found a Cub Cadet 1812 that is a lot like what my granddaddy had when I was a kid. Amazing how well-made these lawn tractors are. Look forward to learning a lot from you folks.

hi,sniderman,i'm a old cub collector from years ago.Ibought a few junk yards of Cub tractors,had them from the first ones to some 1980 models.Iused to restore them,motors paint,acessories .I may have some parts and may have literature,and lift parts,wheel weights ect.I SOLD off a lot of the tractors a few months ago due to a stroke I suffered thatput me out of commission.Let me know if you are looking for any parts or attachments.
